Is Shipping really free?
Yes! You don't need to worry about any hidden costs at the checkout. We always have you covered with free shipping!
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times may be longer due to COVID-19.
The delivery of high-quality goods and service cannot be rushed. Kindly allow us 2–4 business days to process your order and 10–14 business days to deliver your goods (depending on the destination country).  Rest assured that we are in constant communication with our manufacturers to ensure faster processing in fulfilling your orders. 
To continuously provide you with the best possible prices we work directly with our manufacturers cutting out the middleman and the wholesalers. 
We take additional measures to make sure that the goods you receive from manufacturers are of a high quality. 
Where is your company located?
Ours Headquarters is in the UK while our warehouses are located across the United States, Europe, and China.
Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout. 
Where is my confirmation number?
Once you have completed your purchase an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided to us, this email may take up to 1 hour to reach you and may be located in the Spam folder in your email. If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation email and it is not located in your spam folder. Please get in contact with us via our Contact Us page and we will resend this.
I Have Missing or Damaged Items
Step 1: Inform us about the missing or damaged items using our Contact Us page. Please remember to include the following details in the request, for faster processing:

1. Order Number 

2. Name(s) of the Item(s) that is (are) missing / Damaged. 

3. Photos of The items that you have received, for Reference and to send to the supplier

Once we have received your query we will process your claim. If we find out that an item was indeed missed from your order, we can either redeliver this item to you or issue you a refund for the price that you paid for the item. If a discount was applied to your order total then this discount will be deducted from the original price of the item that you are returning in equal proportion.  
    
Please note. Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more info. 
Can I Amend My Order?
It's not possible to change or amend your order for a different size / item once your order has been processed. You should return the item you wish to replace and place a new order for the correct size / item. You will not be able to claim any discounts if they are no longer available at the time of your new purchase.
