  • Kindly allow us 2-4 business days to process your order and 10-14 business days to deliver your goods (depending on destination country). Rest assured that we are in constant communication with our manufacturers to ensure faster processing in fulfilling your orders.


  • Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world based on inventory. If you have ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in separate packages within a few days of one another.
  • Australia, United States: 25-35 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12-20 business days
  • United Kingdom 10-14 business days

Cancellations and Changes

  • Address Changes and Cancellations may not be available due to our quick turn around time.
  • Please email us at and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
  • If the wrong item or quantity is ordered and your order has been dispatched it is the buyers responsibility to cover any returns postage costs.
  • Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed. Please contact the shipping service directly with address issues.
  • Should your parcel be returned you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
